All training options are formatted into monthly programming, with options for 2, 3, or 4 sessions per week. This is an efficient and effective program that focuses on strength, conditioning and mobility. I teach you how to move with a progressive leveling system. The program changes every month so you’re learning new movements and always challenging your muscles.

One-On-One Personal Training

Your program is completely designed for your lifestyle. We take into consideration your job, family life, personality, overall lifestyle, mindset, and so much more. In 1:1 coaching we work as a team and teach you how to get results so you can feel confident to do it on your own one day.

Small Group Fitness Training

For the ladies who love group coaching and accountability! I develop programming that takes your individual goals into consideration while allowing for a fun and supportive group dynamic! Join a group of 2-4 of like-minded individuals in an energetic environment.

Specific Skill/Event Coaching

Training programs that are fully customized and individualized to support specific sports and events that you are pursuing. I specialize in training for running events (5k to marathon), endurance events, and obstacle course racing.

Specialized Services

Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism: I offer specialized training, education and support for expecting and postpartum mothers.

Behavioral Change Coaching: Let me help you overcome negative cycles and ineffective patterns in your behavior that hold you back from feeling like your best self.
